All students are expected to follow the following classroom rules:

1.  Follow all school rules

2.  You may solve a problem any way you like, providing it doesn’t cause a problem for anyone.

Students are INDIVIDUAL!  Consequences are too.

Here are A few possible options for misbehavior:

·         “Stop” card
·         “safe” seat
·         Temporary removal from class to "cool down/think it over"
 

      some possible "cool down/think it over” spots:
o      The Counselor's  office
o      The Principal's office
o      Just outside my door

§       You will take a “think it over” sheet and a pencil. Please fill the sheet out while cooling down.

§        You should NOT be punished or lectured while in any “cool down” spot, it is simply a place for you to collect yourself.

§      When you have your sheet completed and signed by a staff member (unless you’re just outside my door),  you may return to class when you’re ready.  If you’re not ready to participate and behave appropriately, please take the time you need.
